All powder materials have been filtered three times before they are applied to the coating, therefore eliminating all coarse particles and bringing out the perfect surface coating. Just for this process, Jolong uses 1/3 more powder materials than our competitors.

High performance

All products are compliant with AS2047

While wind load, water rating of majority of local windows are generally within N1/N2 and 150Pa levels, all Jolong Australian products have reached N4 and 200/300Pa ratings. Jolong sliding doors have reached an even higher N5 and N6 ratings. In some high wind loading requirement areas like Geelong’s coastal line in Victoria, the minimum requirement is N2 or N3 above and Jolong’s ratings have all far surpassed.

Jolong products offer incomparable air-tightness performance in local market. Full perimeter of the commercial grade airtight seals replacing traditional gasket or rubber seals, provides perfect air-tightness.
